What is Meno Active?

Meno Active is a 360 approach to menopause with a scientifically formulated blend of 31 active ingredients to support perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

What does Meno Active contain?

Meno Active contains a comprehensive combination of 31 active ingredients including 13 vitamins, 7 minerals, digestive enzymes, live friendly bacteria, Omega-3 and botanicals.

Who is it formulated for?

Meno Active is designed to support women through every stage of this transformative phase of life. Meno Active offers solutions to individual needs, whether in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause.

Why has the formulation changed?

The original formulation had Omega-3 DHA in the sachet. Some customers reported some tummy upset and a fishy aftertaste from the drink as a result. To alleviate this, we removed the Omega-3 DHA powder from the sachet and it’s now delivered in a separate Omega-3 capsule instead. This has enhanced the flavour of the sachet and guarantees no more fishy aftertaste or tummy upset.

What is in the box of Meno Active?

Each 30 day supply contains 30 multi-nutrients sachets, 30 botanical capsules and 30 Omega-3 capsules.

What flavour is the sachet?

The sachet is Tropical flavour.

Is Meno Active suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

No, the product is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

Is Meno Active suitable for pescatarians?

Yes, Meno Active is suitable for pescatarians.

Is Meno Active suitable for those with diabetes?

Yes, Meno Active is suitable for individuals with diabetes.

Is the Omega-3 fish oil in this formulation sustainably sourced?

The Omega-3 capsule contains fish oil that is sustainably sourced and is certified by Friends of the Sea.

Is Meno Active Halal certified?

Is Meno Active gluten free?

Yes, Meno Active is certified gluten free.

How should it be taken?

We recommend that you take the sachet, the Omega-3 and the botanicals capsule together, preferably before or with food. Empty the contents of the sachet into approximately 250-300ml of water and stir to dissolve.

Can I take the sachet and capsules at different times?

We recommend that you take the sachet, the Omgea-3 and the botanicals capsule together, preferably before or with food but depending on individual needs you can take the sachet and Omega-3 with breakfast or lunch and wait to take your botanical capsule with your evening meal.

Why is there a sachet and two capsules?

This supplement is the 360 approach to Menopause and contains a multitude of ingredients to target the many systems in the body impacted by menopause. Not all the ingredients are suitable for inclusion in the sachet and as a company we do not compromise on our formulations therefore it was necessary to add the botanical capsule and Omega-3 capsule to ensure efficient and pleasant consumption of all 31 ingredients.

When does Menopause start?

Officially a woman isn’t in Menopause until she hasn’t had a period for one year. Women experience the Menopause between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average age being 51. However, every woman is different and for some it can occur before the age of 40, this is called primary ovarian insufficiency. Other women may experience early on-set due to surgery such as a hysterectomy, while other women may continue to have menstrual cycles well into their late fifties.

How long does the Menopause last?

Officially the Menopause lasts only one day, this day occurs once a woman has gone 12 months without a period. Once this day has passed women are termed postmenopausal for the rest of their lives.

What is the difference between Revive Active and Meno Active?

Meno Active has been formulated specifically for Menopausal women. The comprehensive super supplement contains 13 vitamins, 7 minerals, 4 digestive enzymes, 3 different strains of live friendly bacteria, 3 plants extracts and Omega-3.

Revive Active Super Supplement is formulated for men and women aged 30+, containing 26 active ingredients including CoQ10 and L- Arginine. It supports the heart, immune system and energy levels and reduces fatigue. It is designed to help you put back in, what life takes out.

Can I take Meno Active with other Revive Active products?

All the other products in the range can be taken on the same day but not at the same time. For example, take one in the morning and wait until lunchtime or mid-afternoon before taking the second product. The one exception to this rule is Mastermind which can be taken with Meno Active, in the same glass with water.

Can I take Meno Active with HRT?

In consultation with your qualified healthcare professional Meno Active may be taken in conjunction with HRT.

How long should I take this product for?

Everyone’s menopause journey is different therefore we recommend that this product is taken consistently for a 3-month period to feel the benefits and after that continue to take it for as long as you need it.

Can Meno Active be taken with other products in the range?

All the other products in the range can be taken on the same day but not all at the same time. For example, take Meno Active in the morning and wait until lunchtime or mid-afternoon before taking the second product such as Beauty Complex or Joint Complex.
