How do you take Meno Active?
Take the sachet, Omega-3 capsule and botanical capsule together, preferably before or with food. Alternatively, take the sachet and Omega-3 with breakfast or lunch and the botanical capsule with your evening meal. Mix the sachet with approximately 250–300ml of water and stir until dissolved.
What is in the box of Meno Active?
Each 30-day supply contains 30 multi-nutrient sachets, 30 botanical capsules and 30 Omega-3 capsules.
Why is there a sachet and two capsules?
Meno Active contains 31 active ingredients targeting multiple body systems affected during menopause. Some ingredients are not suitable for inclusion in the sachet, so a botanical capsule and Omega-3 capsule are included to ensure optimal formulation and consumption.
What flavour is the sachet?

Is Meno Active suitable for everyone?

The soya isoflavone is standardised to provide 40% genistein. What does this mean?
Meno Active contains 135mg of soya isoflavones, with 40% standardised to genistein. This provides at least 54mg of genistein per serving and ensures consistent potency and effectiveness in every dose.
How long should someone take Meno Active for?
It is recommended to take Meno Active for at least 3 months to fully experience the benefits. It can then be continued as part of a medium- to long-term wellness routine.
Can Meno Active be taken alongside other Revive Active supplements?
Yes. Meno Active can be taken alongside other Revive Active supplements. When combining it with Revive Active, Joint Complex or Collagen Complex, it is recommended to take them at separate times of the day.
