How do you take Collagen Complex?
Mix in with up to 250-300ml of room temperature water, stir and drink within 30 minutes. For optimal results, this product is best taken with food, at any time of the day.
Is it necessary to drink immediately or is it possible to prepare in advance to drink at a later point in the day?
As the ingredients are activated once added to water it is preferable to drink it just after mixing so you are consuming the ingredients at their absolute best.
What flavour is it?
Collagen Complex is an orange & pineapple flavour and contains the naturally derived sweetener, steviol glycosides.
Is Collagen Complex suitable for everyone?
Collagen Complex is gluten-free, pescatarian and halal certified. Anyone with a true allergy to fish should not take this product. This product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should always check with your GP or pharmacist before using Collagen Complex, if you are taking prescribed medication or diagnosed with any medical condition. Suitable for age 18+.
How long should someone take Collagen Complex for?
For optimum results, take daily for at least 3 months. This gives the body a chance to utilise the formula fully and experience the benefits.
